Keyloop Integration Guide

Keyloop (also known as “Drive”, “Kerridge”, “Rev 8”) is a comprehensive dealer management system (DMS) designed to streamline and automate dealership operations, including sales, service, and customer relationship management, for improved efficiency and customer experience.
If you use Keyloop you can setup your Cue workspace to send out WhatsApp notifications to customers before and after their service repair orders. For example, you could send pre-service reminders or post-service questionnaires.

Requirements for integration
You will need the following to set up and manage this
- An active Keyloop DMS (a.k.a Drive, Kerridge or Rev 8)
- Workspace owner permissions for your Cue workspace
Set up the Keyloop integration
Here's how you can enable the Keyloop integration for your Cue workspace:
- Download and complete this form (see form how-to guide)
- Send the completed form to support@cuedesk.com
- We can then request your Store ID and Enterprise ID from Keyloop
- Once your Store ID and Enterprise ID are received we will activate the Keyloop integration for your workspace
- You can then access the Keyloop integration settings in your workspace by navigating to Settings > Integrations > Keyloop.
Integration settings
The Keyloop integration for your workspace has the following high-level settings
- Enterprise ID: Your Keyloop Enterprise ID
- Store ID: Your Keyloop Store ID
- Ignore keywords: Typically used to exclude certain car makes and models from receiving repair order notifications
We will set your Enterprise ID and Store ID for you when enabling your integration.

Set up notifications
After you've configured the above settings you can then proceed to set up notifications that get sent to customers.
- Click Add Notification trigger
- Select the event you'd like to trigger the notification
- Select the WhatsApp template to be sent
- Set the time relative to receiving the event that you want the notification to be sent

Personalise notifications
You can include variables in your templates when creating them and specify what data from Keyloop can be inserted to personalised the notification.
The data that can be inserted from Keyloop into WhatsApp templates includes:

contact.name
appointment.due_in_date
appointment.due_in_time
appointment.due_out_date
appointment.due_out_time
