Setting up Single Sign-On (SSO)
Below you'll find what information is needed to configure SSO for your Cue organisation using either Google and Microsoft Entra ID identity providers.
Getting started
To start, we will provide you with an Entity ID and ACS URL that you can then use to set up SSO with your particular identity provider. You'll then need to provide us with the following information below in order to set up SSO for your Cue organisation and its workspaces.
See Google's guide for setting up SAML-based SSO here. Once you've completed your setup you will need to provide us with the following information:
- IDP Metadata File (Required)
- Domains (Required)
When users log in with SSO we will ask them for their email address and redirect them to your SSO page if their email address matches one of these domains. - Default Workspace (Required)
The default workspace that you would like users to have access to automatically when logging in using SSO. - Attribute Mappings (Optional)
Cue users haveemail
,firstname
andlastname
attributes. If you want this user information to be populated from a Google Workspace user's account then you can just provide us with the names of these attributes in your Google Workspace configuration.
