Manage your notifications

If you have the Cue app open in a browser tab, we'll notify you with a sound when a new ticket is created in the Inbox.

If you want to manage your notification settings you can:

  1. Go to app.cuedesk.com
  2. Click your avatar (circle with initials) at the bottom left of the screen
  3. Click My Account
  4. The Notifications setting page will be the default page you land on. From here you can update your notifications accordingly.

Soon we plan to introduce more notifications (via email too) when:
a ticket is assigned to you, a ticket is assigned to a team you belong to, or a ticket assigned to you receives a reply.
